Eligible Voice, Widget Chat, and Human Inbox activity uses one prepaid credit pool. Chat and human-resolution usage reduces the balance available for Voice.
Included credits arrive monthly on monthly and annual subscriptions. An annual subscription does not issue a full year of included credits at once.

An eligible trial begins at the final checkout stage, not when you sign up or save a draft. Checkout confirms availability, payment-method requirements, the end date, and what you will be charged afterward. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge.
